LHH is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a well-established law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This role supports attorneys handling complex business-to-business disputes and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact matters in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial litigation from case inception through trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
- Handle e-filing in both State and Federal courts
- Coordinate and manage discovery, including document review and production
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines
- Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits and summaries
- Prepare trial materials, binders, and witness files
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts as needed
