We are actively looking for litigation solicitors with experience in claimant consumer litigation and financial mis‑selling claims.
JLG is looking for a senior solicitor with 5–10 years PQE who can oversee and assist the Head of Department in driving forward litigated and non‑litigated financial mis‑selling cases within the firm’s Motor Finance Mis‑selling team.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
- Running a large caseload while supervising a team of fee earners handling high volumes of cases
- Mapping out and implementing case management workflows to streamline processes
- Creating procedures and precedents and rolling out training to staff
- Managing a fully litigated caseload for at least 5 years
