You will be advising across the broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters and be keen to help develop a department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors will be able to manage their own caseload of matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.


• Advise clients across a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes.


• Help develop and shape the litigation department.


• Show initiative, drive and ambition to further advance the team.
