Job Description

The client is a female living at home with complex care needs arising from Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's-related dementia, PEG feeding requirements, and specialist Duodopa pump therapy. She requires 24-hour person-centred support to maintain her safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life within her own home. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's family and multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality care that promotes wellbeing, comfort, and stability while supporting her wish to remain at home.

Personal Care & Daily Living Support

Provide compassionate personal care with dignity and respect.

Assist with washing, dressing, continence care, oral hygiene, and grooming.

Support skincare and pressure area care.

Maintain the client’s comfort, wellbeing, and personal preferences.

Support safe transfers using specialist equipment alongside visiting care staff.

Full-time Home Health and Personal Care Aides; and Nursing Assistants, Orderlies, and Psychiatric Aides
