Work Description
Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the superintendent is responsible for 360 Patricia Ave, Ontario, ON, K1Z 0A8, and to maintain and supervise this high standard quality building by providing superior maintenance, supervision, and client services.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – up to 44 hours per week (normal hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm) however, work demands may change from week to week and hours may vary. Start time and end time may need to be adjusted to accommodate garbage pickup times, and scheduled maintenance activities, etc. On-call hours are 1) Monday to Friday between 3:00PM and 7:00AM and 2) every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday) ...
