Live Production Business Analyst: Process & System Support

Neurones IT Asia in Singapore is looking for a Business Analyst to support a live production system. This hands-on role combines process analysis with system support. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and improve existing processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in operational systems, familiarity with Agile/ITIL practices, and basic skills in SQL. The position also involves managing L2 support tickets and documenting processes using tools such as Visio and Confluence.
