Opportunity Description
Our client, a leading provider of advanced livestock reproductive technologies, elite genetics, and breeding solutions across Southern Africa is looking to appoint a Livestock Reproductive Veterinarian.
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent veterinary qualification
- Registration with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) in good standing
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
- Conduct Artificial Insemination (AI) programmes
- Perform reproductive ultrasound examinations and pregnancy diagnosis
- Conduct bull breeding soundness evaluation and fertility testing
- Perform semen collection and reproductive health assessments
