Load Controller Position Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Load Controller in the Kuruman area. Duties & Responsibilities Receive, check and dispatch stock. Ensure that stock is loaded correctly. Ensure security of load. Ensure proper housekeeping. Ensure stock is loaded according to delivery sequence/planning. Conduct stock checks and process claims. Check picked stock. Report any discrepancies to Team Leader. Make sure all pallets are wrapped before being loaded. Ensure that the forklift drivers load the correct stock onto the correct truck. Ensure that loaded stock is anchored correctly to prevent damages. Follow correct loading procedures. Inspect the quality of load bars inside the trailer before loading. Ensure pallets are marked clearly. Ensure doors of truck are closed properly after loading. Ensure that the load is sealed and the seal number is recorded in the seal register.
