We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Officer Assistant to support our U.S.-based mortgage operations. In this role, you’ll help move client loans toward closing by managing documentation, following up on files, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

• Support loan officers by gathering, reviewing, and organizing client documentation
• Help manage loan files and ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time
