This role blends hospitality retail flair and creative storytelling ensuring both spaces deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with the SO/ brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities Lobby Lounge Operations- Oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge ensuring seamless service and a stylish welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized and intuitive service.
- Collaborate with the culinary and mixology teams to maintain innovative menus signature drinks and seasonal activations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction resolve issues efficiently and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
