Local Communication Supervisor

The Opportunity

Reporting to Store Administrator, the Local Communication Supervisor is mainly responsible to manage all related tasks on social media channels, manage and ensure smooth daily operation of store’s online platforms. Moreover, you will perform other tasks to support daily operation of the store.

You Will

• Responsible to daily social media channel updates, including content creation and image-making; responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with store departments to promote products and store special offers
• Prepare and edit contents, images, and video sources in accordance with department requirements
• Represent and brand store on various social media channels. Provide excellent in-store customer services including product introductions and social media promotions to increase customers’ online experience and overall user rate
