Local Delivery Driver

Overview: The Local Delivery Driver is a 1st shift role responsible for operating FMCSA-regulated straight trucks to safely and efficiently deliver products to customers and/or Baldor locations. This position involves intra- and interstate deliveries and requires adherence to all DOT, FMCSA, and Company policies while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: · Deliver up to 12 pallets per route to customer locations and/or Baldor facilities, both intra- and interstate. · Safely operate FMCSA-regulated straight trucks in compliance with all DOT and Company regulations. · Utilize hand trucks, lift gates, and other material-handling equipment to load and unload pallets at delivery destinations. · Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT and Company policies. · Accurately document deliveries and obtain customer signatures using electronic Bills of Lading (BOL) in accordance with Company guidelines. · Maintain professional communi...
