Responsibilities
Manage with relevant local stakeholders, including employee representatives, labor unions, and legal advisors, to foster positive industrial relations. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Drive organizational changes through industrial relation process. Advise management on legal requirements related to HR practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of local HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, best practices, and global standards. Support global standardization of HR processes and the local application. Communicate policy changes to employees and managers and provide guidance on interpretation and implementation.
