Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and specialised Blood Transfusion laboratory procedures to a high standard.
• Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples in line with departmental protocols.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and comply with UKAS and ISO regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider pathology team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Participate in stock control, equipment maintenance, and record keeping.
