• Length of Contract: 5 - 12 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 8s, 10s, or 12s Monday-Friday
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Weeknight In-House call preferred, Weekend Bepper Call preferred
• Cases: General, OB, Ortho
• OB: Yes
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
• Facility: 185-bed community hospital with 14 anesthetizing rooms
• Model: Supervision & doing own cases
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: 60 days
