We are looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager to oversee guest services, staff performance, and operational excellence in our luxury lodge located in Mnambithi, KZN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of service to guests.
• Revise existing standards continually with new and better service ideas.
• Motivate, energize, lead, and inspire staff to implement creative ideas enhancing the guest experience.
• Conduct regular staff assessments and ensure accountability for uniforms.
• Report operational information to finance for month‑end.
• Maintain hygiene standards to recognized international levels.
• Ensure emergency procedures and evacuations are in place and understood by staff.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage lodge procurement, ordering, and stock control.
