LogicMonitor Network Analyst

Job Description
A utility client in Houston has a need for a LogicMonitor-focused Network Monitoring Specialist to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing tuning of the LogicMonitor platform. This role will help ensure accurate monitoring, alerting, and escalation for activity associated with Smart Grid, telecommunications MPLS, corporate network infrastructure, and dedicated circuits. This person will be monitoring logic, alert accuracy, alert translation, and escalation workflow within LogicMonitor. They will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing alerts to determine severity and escalation needs (e.g., validating whether an alert is Minor vs. Critical) and translate technical alert data into plain-English alarm descriptions to improve clarity and response alignment.
