Logistic and Store Executive

Job Description Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to arrange cost-effective shipments. Provide timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery schedules. Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including Performa Invoices, Packing Lists, and Work Orders. Generate Material Request Forms for items issued from inventory. Update and track goods movement, including receiving and issuing of inventory. Participate in the pick and pack process to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Collaborate closely with various business units to support and achieve overall company objectives and performance targets. Manage inventory control and storekeeping for stock, spare parts, and compressor store. Maintain accurate records and control of workshop inventory.
