Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Manage and resolve logistics‑related complaint tickets within the internal ticketing system
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of compensation‑related cases
- Identify opportunities to improve ticket resolution turnaround time and accuracy rates
- Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation claims with logistics service providers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
