Logistic Customer Service

Location: Jurong Working hour: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm) Duties: Receive, process, and validate Purchase Orders (PO) in the system in accordance with SOPs Prepare, issue, and manage Delivery Orders (DO) for outbound shipments Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation Requirement: Require some lifting if required (up to 10kg) 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO
