Logistics Analyst - Systems

Duties:

• Co-ordination with regional logistics team for system issues understanding and resolution.
• Documentation of end-to-end process of error resolution.
• Perform transaction reconciliation between available systems (SAP, SMS, UPS etc.)
• Driving system enhancements and process optimization as a part of preventive actions on system related issues.
• Data gathering and analysis of EDI issues along with RCA for identified issues.
• Monitoring master data quality in available systems.
• Correction / Maintenance of master data in available systems.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher. (Bachelor’s in engineering preferred)
