Job Description Oversee new product certification to align with commercial and marketing timelines, ensuring timely product launch in Malaysia. Handle application, renewal, and validity of COA Import Permits, SIRIM Certification (including MCTS & factory audits), and MCMC approval for Bluetooth/Wi-Fi products. Maintain COA permit master table and SIRIM label usage records. Manage inbound shipments to Malaysia: validate shipping documents/COO, process customs clearance, and coordinate delivery to warehouse. Oversee inventory for warehouse and consignment stocks, including SKU count, phase in/out, slow-moving, and obsolete stock reporting. Conduct inventory scrapping on time per company policy. Manage monthly cycle counts and year-end stock take for warehouse and concept stores, including reconciliation and reporting for stock adjustments.
