Opportunity Description

A medical administration training company in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Logistics and Operations Administrator who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

Reporting line: Logistics & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for FCS Group.
  • Maintain stock control of pre‑printed stationery and distribute to clients and units.
  • Provide logistics support to the African Institute of Emergency Medicine (Pty) / AIEM.
  • Process financial quotations, purchase orders and submit correct documentation and invoices for timely payments.
  • Control stock of uniforms, name badges, stamps, and branded merchandise.
  • File, organize and perform various general office support functions, including delivery of documents or materials across the FCS Group.
  • Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of facilities, plants, grounds and equipment.
