Logistics and Production Supervisor

The Logistics and Production Supervisor is responsible for helping to plan, organize, coordinate and control Logistics of the business and production within one department. The main responsibility is to ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and are of the correct quantity, quality and cost, and leave the factory on time.



Duties/Responsibilities

· Responsible for ensuring that H&S policy and correct PPE is adhered to on the shop floor

· Responsible for the delivery of the production plan schedule

· Responsible for ensuring that H&S measures are maintained

• Ensuring that the production is cost effective; (Cost per bed target)

· Ensuring the labour resource planning to support the production schedule

• Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality
