Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics matters for import & export.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all deliveries of goods and loan sets.
• Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations.
• Implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse material identification.
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times.
• Plan for future capacity requirements.
• Facilitate sets and implants logistics as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
• Handle surgical loan sets.
• Deliver high levels of service to both internal and external customers.
• Arrange logistic of loan sets and advise sales team on logistic coverage.
