Logistics Assistant

Position Summary

The Logistics Assistant responsibility is to assist the Inventory/Inbound/Outbound Executive on inventory management, Inbound operation, outbound operation, MDN/POSM and order processing tasks in line with the agreed SOPs and organizational/inventory policy.

Working Location : Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an essential role to:

1. Assist on the day-to-day tasks of all logistics matters with reference to Inbound and outbound operations which cover local & export deliveries, Import containers, POSM management and other value added activities (re-packing).
2. To ensure the physical and system inventory accuracy is at the highest acceptable level at all times.
3. To perform daily reconciliation for Inbound and Outbound transactions for finished goods/POSM/MDN and ensure it is timely and accurately updated in both ERP and WMS.
