RESPONSIBLITIES Provide administrative support in Logistics department Handling Logistics / Shipping documents Update data into ERP systems Ensure proper documentation and operation Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 1 years of relevant experience. Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP) Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Team player and committed to work Effective communication and co-ordination skill Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
