Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions for our customers

- Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers

- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand our network

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to management to optimize pricing and profitability

Requirements:

- Freight brokerage knowledge, mainly in LTL, FTL, and Drayage.
