Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-shipment trade and regulatory research for international shipmentsCollaborate with 3rd party vendorsAudit and verify shipping documents and external partner documentation for compliance (FCPA, Anti-Bribery)Communicate with brokers and external partiesLiaise with Legal and Tax teams for compliant import/export processesProvide timely clearance instructions to customs brokersTroubleshoot problem shipmentsEnsure STO-related commercial documents are compliantReview and approve:Commercial Invoices (CI)Packing Lists (PL)Airway Bills (AWB) within 24 business hoursEnter order forms into internal systemsSupport Tax and Customs audits with Legal Regional TeamEnsure all shipments meet client export/import regulations with Trade Compliance and 3PL teams...
