Job description
The Customer Success Representative (CSR) manages end-to-end transportation support activities, including quoting, order creation, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, customer communication, and post-delivery documentation. The role ensures shipments are executed accurately, customers remain informed, and operational issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining service quality and cost control.
Responsibilities List
- Prepare spot quotes for LTL and FTL shipments based on customer requests.
- Enter and manage shipment orders within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Coordinate order release and dispatch with carriers and customers. Monitor pickups and deliveries through proactive shipment tracking.
