Opportunity Description

  • Freight and Vessel Booking:
  • Coordinate and execute the booking of shipments via sea, air, or land, ensuring timely arrangements and adherence to client requirements.
  • Tracking vessels inbound / outbound.
  • IDF (Importer Declaration Form) Management:
  • Update IDF information for each export, collaborate with clients for the issuance of the Certificate of Conformity (COC), and prepare accurate export documentation.
  • Customs and SGS Compliance:
  • Manage all Customs and SGS-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Confirm Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with clients and agents to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
  • Warehouse Coordination:
  • Coordinate activities with HIC Warehouse / off shore 3pl warehousing team , overseeing loading / unloading completion, and monitoring all relevant import / export-related tasks.
  • All location stock reconciliation.
