Shipping Assistant Salary : SGD2,300 - SGD 3000 Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty) Job Requirements Relevant working experience Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures Job Responsibilities Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks) Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges Monitor and follow up on shipment status Advise and provide freight cost to sales department Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
