The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Track courier shipments ensuring timely collection from suppliers and delivery to Dubai.
• Verify packing lists, invoices and authorize documents for warehouse delivery.
• Review BILL OF ENTRY for shipments with invoice value above AED 9000; complete customs inspections and claim standing guarantee deposits.
• Maintain a tracker for all inbound courier arrangements and customs inspection records.
• Ensure all applicable documents are attested as per MOFAIC requirements.
