Logistics Management Trainee (Fresh Graduate with Latin Honors)

The Management Trainee is responsible for identifying and implementing projects that improve operational efficiency and convenience within the Distribution Center. This includes assessing operational violations based on established policies, ensuring standard procedures are updated, and supporting the implementation of Business Continuity Plan simulations. The position conducts productivity studies, develops simplified procedures to enhance productivity, and serves as a training guide for new systems while monitoring and reviewing existing processes for continuous improvement. Timely submission of required reports, roles, profiles, and FSC scorecards is expected, along with consistent capture and closure of error logs within set deadlines.
