Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure full adherence to import/export regulations, including accurate tariff classification, timely submission of documentation, and proper duty and tax payments.
- Manage and oversee international shipments via sea and air by collaborating closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal company policies to support smooth and lawful logistics operations.
- Track shipments and manage warehouse inventory, while working cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
