The Role

We are currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join our Logistics team in Aberdeen. Full time position.

This role plays a key part in supporting both domestic and international shipments, ensuring goods are dispatched, received and documented accurately, compliantly and on time. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations, including export‑controlled shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of logistics documentation for UK and international shipments
• Handling export‑controlled shipments, including end‑user checks and export licence applications
• Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
• Managing shipping paperwork, invoices and associated documentation
• Stock control, purchasing support, and goods receiving
