Logistics Process Leader

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the stock management process ensuring physical stock levels align with the ERP and materials are processed using FIFO methods
• Own the departmental cost centre, achieving this within budget while identifying and delivering cost reductions within the logistics process
• Management and maintenance of all MHE on site
• Ensuring all areas of the warehouse, racking & yards are a safe place to work
• Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing logistics team
• Proactively plan and engage with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach and effective resolution of issues impacting the stock management process and warehouse function
• Be the point of escalation for the Logistics team on SSQCCP in line with the Tier process
