Your experience in transportation or distribution will play a vital role in coordinating processes, establishing work schedules, and meeting performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations effectively
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager
• Set work schedules and coordinate team activities
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach team members
• Implement health and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• One year experience in logistics preferred
