Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leading teams and keeping operations running like clockwork? Our client is looking for a Team Leader to take full ownership of the Proteins division within their Logistics Department, based in Koelenhof, Stellenbosch.

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager – Execution and Process Optimisation, you'll oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative functions of the team. This is a hands-on leadership position covering everything from vessel planning and inventory management to invoicing, compliance reporting, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial and administrative processes, including invoicing, cost reconciliation, and cash forecasting


• Plan and coordinate vessel shipments for imports and exports, liaising with silos, terminals, and transport providers
