• Actively originate and drive Lombard and mortgage lending opportunities, partnering with Client Advisors from initial client discussions through to deal execution and closure.
• Provide subject matter expertise in residential mortgage lending, applying a strong understanding of the regulatory framework to ensure transactions comply with local regulations and internal credit policies.
• Act as deal captain for complex lending transactions, structuring appropriate client solutions, assessing risks and mitigants, and preparing high‑quality credit submissions.
