London Market Claims Team Leader

IPS is working with a Global Insurer that is building a new Claims team in Leeds to support its London office. The Leeds team will oversee day-to-day claims activity and handle high-volume, lower-value claims within the London market.

This role will oversee a team of Claims Adjusters, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and oversight, while ensuring service standards and performance metrics are met. The role still involves oversight of a portfolio of claims whilst supporting London Adjusters where required, covering a broad range of matters such as RTAs, marine cargo incidents, renewables, PI, BI, and wider international losses. While Adjusters will focus on a core area, they will be cross-trained across others. 

The position would suit an experienced Senior Adjuster looking to step up into a leadership role, and you may still retain your own caseload, handling claims of a similar value and complexity to the wider team. or this position, experience across report...
