Long-term care LPN Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Long-term care LPN provides direct patient care for long-term care and swing bed residents, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, document patient status, and ensure quality, compassionate care.
- Long-term care LPN must have an unrestricted license
