Opportunity Description
Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Long Term Care (LTC) for their New Lisbon, WI location. Responsibilities:
+ The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.
+ Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
+ Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
+ Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
+ Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
+ Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.
+ Perform other duties as requested.

+ Required qualifications to effectively perform job.
+ An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
