Looking for at-home care support for daily living tasks

I’m seeking a friendly, reliable caregiver to assist with daily living activities at my home in Ireland. Tasks may include light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, shopping, and companionship. The ideal candidate should have experience with elderly or disabled adults, be patient, punctual, and respectful of privacy. Nb: I prefer a morning schedule, a compassionate approach, and someone who can adapt to changing needs. Basic first aid knowledge and references are a plus.
