Opportunity Description
Level3 BOS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Manager to lead and strengthen our loss prevention operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in loss prevention, surveillance analysis, incident investigation, and security operations, along with proven leadership skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
This role plays a key part in minimizing operational risks, reducing shrinkage, improving internal controls, and maintaining a secure and compliant work environment across all monitored locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, fraud, and operational losses
Oversee video review activities to identify suspicious behavior, policy violations, and theft-related incidents
