These advisors will operate from offices in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town, handling lost, stolen, and fraud-related queries during overnight hours. They will provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support via digital channels for fraud activity, lost or stolen cards, and account security, escalating cases as needed and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, they will respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner using campaign guidelines, scripts and systems. The pace is fast with frequent calls; the team focuses on meeting goals, requires strong commitment, clear communication, and the ability to work independently during 12‑hour graveyard shifts.
