Low Voltage Electrical Estimator (Data Center Fit-Out)

Overview

Oracle is seeking a Low Voltage Electrical Estimator to support data center fit-out projects across multiple regions. This role focuses on labor-driven estimating, BOM validation, parametric cost modeling, and contractor engagement to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data center or mission-critical environments, is comfortable working with limited design information, and can both build and defend cost positions through direct engagement with general contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop low voltage electrical estimates for data center fit-out scopes (structured cabling, pathways, racks, containment, and associated systems)

- Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and translate them into detailed labor hour build-ups, productivity assumptions, and fully developed cost estimates
