Position Summary:
We are hiring a Low Voltage Helper to assist technicians with the installation, service, and maintenance of low-voltage systems. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the fire alarm, security, and low-voltage trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with pulling wire, running cable, and organizing materials
- Help install low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV/camera systems, and data cabling
- Carry tools, ladders, parts, and equipment as needed
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions from lead technicians, foremen, and supervisors
- Learn proper installation methods, safety practices, and job site procedures
