Status: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

Pay Range: LPN $25.00 - $29.00 (+$2.00/hour evening shift differential, +1.00/hour night shift differential, +$3.00/hour incentive on weekends)

Shift: Day, Evening, night - All candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and rotating holidays

Position Requirements: 1 year of elder care or direct care experience is preferred but not required. NYS Nursing Licensure (LPN) required.
