LPN | Conrad Long Term Care (LTC)

This position provides practical nursing care to patients within the scope of practice and as applicable to assigned area(s). Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:

+ Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LPN Compact license; required.

+ RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first; required.

+ 1 year experience in Long Term Care or Critical Care Setting; required.

+ To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position:

+ Current Driver’s License required.
